please help me if you can

If there were no moves, it was probably aborted.

Rating does not change in these circumstances.

If you and your opponent's ratings were very close you might not have gotten any points or lost any.

or very far apart his is lower

was it a unrated game? In that case the game is not rated for both sides.

WAS it a RATED game??  If not, your out of luck.

i figured it out.If they don't move your rating won't change even if its rated, tournament or match.i observed one of my friends and they didn't make any moves in an online chess game and loss on time and so he did not lose points.

it was he was 1010 and he lost on time but it was still 1010

In games with 1 move then it doesn't count. It is basically aborted

Yes, games with one move doesn't count. Would you care to try for a complete game, and move 2 pieces??
