I received no points for solving a rated puzzle

Hello, I just solved a difficult Rated puzzle that took me roughly 30 minutes to solve, and I saw the green checkmark that indicated that my 3 sequential moves were correct. (I have a screenshot of the final puzzle position). Unfortunately, I was not given any points for solving the puzzle, perhaps because of a server issue. Can you please kindly credit me the 5 points that I earned? (it’s usually 5 points for a 3-move puzzle if you take more than a few minutes).

My puzzle rating still indicates 3105, but it should now be 3110. Thank you for your assistance!

I have a screenshot of the final position of the puzzle, after the third and final corrrect move. In the photo, You can see the check mark indicating that I correctly solved the puzzle. The first move (solving for White ) was 1. Qxe6+ (then black Kd8, a forced move), followed by 2. Qd6 (followed by black Qxe5, sacrificing its queen to capture white’s knight in order to avoid checkmate), followed by 3.Rxe5.
