I solved puzzle and lost points

I solved this puzzle and lost 8 points. And under the comment section I know I am not alone. It didn't happen for the first time either. Might be just a bug but it is frustrating when you find solution and no points are gained, even more when points are deducted from your rating. Puzzle says: Find a way how to win my rook, but correct solution is how to win a queen. Even though puzzle ends with "correct solving gesture" points are deducted.

Anyone, is there a way how to ask for a refund, cause AI support "Chessica" is not helpful at all. It might seem like a trivial thing but as I said this is not a first puzzle with the same issue and I am certainly not the only one who has been scammed for points. How to navigate correctly through the support on chess.com and potentially regain points back?

I solved a puzzle but chess.com deducted points (HAPPENED TWICE IN A ROW!!) Is this a bug of some sort??? And I can't see the timer even though it's turned on, truly upsetting.
