Okay, I have the answer. Your clubs is Gffgj, am I right? It's public, meaning that everyone can join without permission. Make it a closed club by going to the club settings.
You also have 2 other super-admins, they also have the power to ban, promote or demote. Demote them to admin, and I fairly certain that the promotion and demotion of admins will stop.

Any hacker would know that using a machine to crack passwords is much easier. A password like "hi" would be cracked in only 17 nanoseconds!
