Yes, I sent an e-mail to chess.com staff. It will take 1-2 days. In my case they answered my 5 reports really fast. Whether He gets banned or not is Not my decision. At least He should get warned by staff members. This way He will be more careful. If not a mute would be appropiate and and in severe cases BANNED.
