It is taken seriously as I personally close numerous accounts on a daily basis for abuse in live chess.
I dont know how to report but someone wrote a note on my profile: " nazi Son of beach " hè called me. Can some one take a look? I dont like people who call me things like that.

Some people have a dodgy-temperament. Live chess can bring this to the fore :)

Mic15CounterStrategy, thank you very much for reporting this kind of pathetic behavior. He has been muzzled for now and any repeat offence will result in his account getting banned.
If anything of the sort should occur again, do not hesitate to contact support. At the bottom of the page, there is a "Help & Support" link that will take you to a page of FAQs. There on the bottom left hand side there is a link for you to contact support. This way you'll be sure someone addresses your situation.

Same thing happened to me some years back, I started a thread heading "Should this behaviour be tolerated?" but somehow my computer could not post the message so this was blank. Some funny comments eg "No behaviour should ever be tolerated" etc etc. But seriously, you get idiots in real life and sometimes also on chess.com except some idiots also play chess.

Glad staff responded to your thread. I once reported abusive language using the links above and got prompt & decisive action from them.

I was also faced some racial abuse. Can any staff help me with this issue?
