Paypal will allow you to link your bank account to them and premium membership can be paid for via Paypal.

Another method worth considering is getting a debit card for your bank account.

i solved the problem,í have just open paypal account,i have to wait and then after 2 day's i can use that

I use my debit card just fine for online transactions and for using Paypal. As long as the debit card is operated through one of the major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, etc) it should be fine. I know most debit cards issued by U.S. banks are, but I can't say for other countries.

in the past i had full acces account i paid for ,now i have normal acces and now i want full acces account the problem is i have no creditcard ,can i transfer mine money from bankaccount to chess.com bankaccount ?
