If my opponent dc's, is there a way to give him more time to reconnect?

Some of my matches end in a dc. I don't like winning due to bad connection on my opponents end. Is there a setting or way to give my opponent more 'dc time'? If not, there should be. I should be allowed to allow my opponents a 3-5min dc time if I choose.
