iGoogle stalemate

I played a game of Chess at iGoogle against the computer and it's my turn. But, it is Stalemate. And the program doesn't say that is it stalemate. Anyone knows why? Here is the screen:

No, it is pure stalemate....your king can't move without moving itself in chess, and you can't move any other piece ... = stalemate :)

But why didn't the computer say it is stalemate??

It is stalemate but a more interesting question is why did the computer allow a stale mate, and why, with such a huge advantage, were you not mated long before this position arose?
