"We have received reports of verbal harassment or abuse from several of your recent opponents."

SEVERAL? Several = one? And not saying a word at all to any opponent recently = verbal harassment?

Last blitz game I played was a month ago.
Last chess 960 game was last night and I said nothing. It's been some time since I played chess960 before last night, on the order of weeks.

What's going on here? What is this game?

You apparently have been reported by some members, it could be from games, comments on profiles or comments in the forums. I'm pretty sure that is essentially a form response to any reports of abuse.

The wording EXPLICITLY says who/what was being harassed in terms of some grouping and from that it is inferred where the claimed harassment took place. It does not say MIGHT, MAYBE, POSSIBLY or any such similar predication. Maybe chess.com should fix its system and also have personnel involved to view the claims. And more than this, chess.com should have those with the requisite reasoning ability to perform sufficiently in their duties in this regard.

I do not harass.

If I say it's a good day today=harassment. The frog in your photo looks nice = harassment. "Fabulous photo" = harassment. No harassment = harassment. Please.

I also looked at the last time I played a bullet game, about a month ago.

Could a chat in the forum refer to opponents? Could a private chat refer to opponents? Could a person who makes such a claim continue chatting with me as if nothing bad occurred? "Oh, he's not replying to me now, so I think I'll report him" --> chess.com: "We're on the case - we're going to get after the guy. Evidence? Who needs evidence?"

The tree in my backyard is my opponent. Thank you chess.com, I see the light now. I am learning so much here.
