I’m a diamond level member. I’ve been trying to reach chess.com for almost a month. My ticket has been opened with no support analyst assigned. I’ve tried the helpline and also email, everything redirects me to the chess.com support feature on the app through which I’m getting no response. Has anyone else experienced this? How can they treat people this way?
Sorry you're having to go through this. When I've had issues my tickets are answered within a few days. Starting to think I've been very lucky. It isn't right to keep people waiting so long. Chess.com needs to make it easier to speak with humans, not bots
