I can see http://www.chess.com/ perfectly.
But I can't see some images in home after I logined.
I can't see images of my avatar, Friends, Groups&Teams and Trophies.

I'm using Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard and Firefox.
What should I do?

Try clearing your browser's cache.

If that doesn't help, maybe you could post a screenshot, so we can see what your screen looks like?

Thank you for giving me good advice :)
Although I usually don't save cache of a browser, I deleted cashe.
But It did not work.
However, I'm able to see all images of home now.
I don't know why.

Anyway, Thanks a lot,
@adamplenty :)

Yes, you're not alone. I have the same problem since yesterday. And I guess it can't be browser because in my case, images are not displayed on both, Chrome on computer and 'Default browser on my phone'.

@MSC157, thank you for your comment :)
Actually, I couldn't see some other websites perfectly.
Those websites were made in USA.
I wonder why?

The browser automatically saves cache :-). Unless you've disabled it?

Hey guys, over here -

http://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/cant-see-pieces---but-differently-from-other-users

MSC157

It is ok now. At least there.

Yohan_Saboba

That's what I'm saying MSC157 - the solution is right there! Someone here, use the solution!!

To summarize, some web safety/filtering programs work by keeping lists of "suspicious" sites. Chess.com outsources many image management tasks to sites that had been classified as unsafe by my computer. Thus, specifically allowing the sites in the program allowed the images to come through again.

Yohan_Saboba

Although this doesn't explain why it wouldn't work on your phone MSC... you're gonna hafta contact support for that (help.chess.com).

MSC157

It was chess.com's problem but it seems they have solved it.

@adamplenty
Yes, I usually disable cache for security.
And I also use Adblock Plus, and more.
But I have not made any changes recently.
Thank you for your advice.

@Yohan_Saboda
Thank you for your advice.
However, I don't know whether the cause of this problem was it.

Thanks everyone :)
Though this problem was settled,
I intend to review setting.
