Hello,

30/10/2010. I made a payment through Paypal for a premium membership. I also send a mail to chess.com

05/11/2010. I received a mail from Paypal that the amount due has been transferred to chess.com (date 30/10/2010). Wrote a second mail to chess.com.

till now no reaction at all.

There must be a technical glitch somewhere because chess.com has dones great job handling the sheer number of people on the site. Did you email directly to chess.com or a staff member? Try contacting a staff member directly.
