Important question about vacation in daily tournaments!

I have a question about vacation mode.

I am currently participating in many daily tournaments. Some of them have vacation mode allowed, some do not. Let's say that I turn on vacation mode, it will only work for the tournament matches that have vacation turned on. Also, as we all know if you make a move while you are on vacation, the vacation turns off. 

What will happen if I move in one of the tournaments that do not have vacation allowed? Will my vacation turn off in the other games? I don't know? Please answer fast as I am going on vacation shortly.

You should be able to make moves in no-vacation games and it will keep your vacation on.

I have an opponent in vacation mode who has been making moves for the past 4-5 moves. I do not know if they reactivate vacation mode, but it has not changed that players status... also just blundered a bishop but i'm playing down 400 rating points so I'm trying not to beat myself up over it. 

I am pretty sure your opponent is making moves, and then they are reactivating vacation mode.

Yes, they'll still trigger.
