Incorrect and unauthorized membership charge

Yesterday I've cancelled the automatic membership renewal just to find out that it was charged anyway today.
I've contacted chess.com but still haven't received any response, I've stopped using the app and will notify my credit card operator that this was an unauthorized charge if I don't received a feedback from chess.com.

Due to the holidays and increased ticket loads it may take longer than normal to get a response. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders as well as sometimes they get filtered.

I've already sorted out things with my credit card provider and got a partial reply from Chess.com, most likely everything will be solved during the next week.
