The procedure is to be more careful in the future. I don't think anyone can fix it for you.
I know I have seen things saying that chess.com doesn't go back and re-rate all the games when somebody is removed for cheating. There could be thousands of games involved for some players. Trying to go back into history and rerate each of those games and then letting the new ratings percolate through the system and all the players each of the opponents have faced since would require massive computer time.
Hi
On an Android phone, I was clicking on one of the games to make my move (online chess). The phone seemed to freeze for a few seconds, I clicked it again - this one game just then disappeared. I closed and reopened the app and it was shown as a completed game with me resigning. Here is the game - as you can see I was unlikley to resign!

What is the procedure in this situation?
On another note, someone I was playing got banned for cheating. He went from 1200 to over 2000 very quickly, hence me playing him when his rating was similar to mine. When he was banned, it was shown as a win to me. This is now in my stats etc. Is there anyway to get this removed?
Thanks
Dazek
