Insight Not Analysing Past Games After Upgrade to Diamond

Seeing as the analysis is completed server side, not client side, this won't help. Additionally, the same issue occurs in the android app.

Thanks for the help, but they are all the older ones (as I'd mentioned in my original post). I have played 100's of Rapid in the last 90 days. Yet only the ones AFTER I upgraded my subscription are shown.

Hi everyone,
I upgraded from Platinum to Diamond about 40 hours ago, mainly because I wanted access to the full Insight feature. However, I'm having an issue: none of my games from before this morning are showing up for analysis. The only games currently appearing in Insight are ones I've played since upgrading the membership.
It seems like my recent games (prior to today) were never queued for analysis. I wonder if this might be related to a partial Insight report I had from a couple of years ago — maybe something's stuck or not syncing properly?
I did reach out to the support bot, and it said my games were "in a queue," but nothing seems to be happening.
Honestly, it’s frustrating. Diamond isn’t cheap — it’s comparable to other premium subscriptions — and I'd expect better performance and support around this core feature.
Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, did your older games eventually show up, or did you need to take specific steps to get them analysed?
