Insights, no games played??

Hi, I upgraded my membership so I can use the insights.  However, when I searched for the games played in the last 30 days, I was surprised to see " no games", which is wrong,  I played many games in the last weeks. Am I doing something wrong? And no, I am not mixing up my accounts, as I have only one here.

It can take up to 24 hours after getting Diamond for your Insights to generate

Hi there, I’ve run into this same problem. Tried clearing my cache, logging in and out. My accounts been activated for 24hrs+ but I still can’t access insights from my prior games. Is there anyway I could get some help with this?
