Insights not updating - Chess Forums

My Insights lack my newer games, which I played after hitting the button to create insights a few days ago. From an older forum post I learnt that this is a bug sometimes occuring to players who used diamond+insights in the past, got rid of diamond for some time and then subscribed again. This is the case for me.

Is there anything I can do or does this need to be fixed by a mod?

Mods can't fix anything.

What we can point out is that what often happens on Insights is that you can view games by time control. You should check to make sure you are looking at the correct time control and time period.

In the older forum post from 2023 the mod specifically said to have fixed the issue for said user, maybe he just forwarded it to support.

However my Insights function correctly, I just set the start and end date both to today which doesn't work. When I set the start day to yesterday it works fine. My bad.
