You just edit your Profile (My Home > Account > Profile), and you'll find an "International" option in the "Country" menu.

I have noticed that beside some peoples names ,instead of showing the flag of their country it shows a globe and when I click their name it says that they are international.I'm wondering how I can set mines to international too.
