I get this message when I try to use the #'My Games' filter in the Opening Explorer.
Steps
Viewed a played game I wanted to analyse :- https://www.chess.com/game/live/47745069319
From the Analysis tab I click the Explorer button
Change the Pulldown item from 'Master Games' to 'My Games'
This Red error message appears every time you step through a move
