Ios app freezes when 'applying update'

Hi,

I recently installed the app on my Ipad (latest version). Everything worked perfectmy the first time I used it, but when I opened it the second time, it wanted to install/ apply an update. At first, it crashed, so I tried again. Then, it did not crash anymore, but it kept saying 'applying update'. After five minutes, I closed the app, reinstalled it, but the same problem occurred. I have retried to open it and reinstalled it many times now, but the problem keeps returning. It happens after logging in. Thank you already for your support.

i have same problem please help out i did remove and reinstalled it many times but it crush and say appling updates
