IOS app freezing

It is few days I have the same problems and lost many games because of this issue. Clock freezes and at the end I lost the game because I run out of time. And it just happened.
I found one solution to the clock freezing problem, send a draw offer when this happens and the clocks start again. Hope they update the ios app soon and fix this problem

So nobody tried using the updated app to see if it fixed the problem. Are you kidding me? Then the developer says "oh, gee whizz, it turns out there were two problems to fix". Well great, thanks for the info, do you think you could try using the app after you "fix" it the next time? Like, maybe show a little professionalism. Tell me again why I pay to be a member of this site when the open source alternative is free and better?

This problem is still not fixed ! ......I’m just so bloody fed up with it all 😤👎
This is becoming a game changer for this app I am afraid! It has gone from being the best bar none to rubbish! Please sort this soon. I get it in 10 min time control all the time and it’s ruining the app!
how do you update ,can't find it anywhere ?
maybe this is the problem no one knows how to update it and would rather just moan on here .

Yes it always happening with 10 minute games .......I’m not gonna play anymore of them ! 😤
Hi ! I each time I play with a friend, we get blocked with no other moves available even if it’s my turn (all cases are red). Do you know of this issue ?

I don’t know how to get a message to the developers. But I have just installed the update and the issue has not gone away! I am on the verge of leaving the app and moving to another. If anyone knows how to get to the developers can they let me know.
Still broken after update... Embarrassed I paid for this 🙈
Had this issue in 3|2... I make last move then my clock runs down until abandonment and I lose the game. Frustrating!

Sorry but your last updates version is even worst for me as I keep loosing games because of this bloddy timer issue! I am glad I didnt pay for this app, so frustrating!
Looks like this is still an issue after the update, with a slight change. Now instead of the timer freezing it just keeps my clock running after I've moved. Restarting the app doesn't fix it. I just lost a game this way. Not sure why they can't fix this or at least send out some kind of "we're working on it" message...
Have the same problem, the clocks stop, I’m waiting for my opponent to play but it seems he doesn’t receive my last move although on my screen it looks like it’s been “committed”... If i restart I see the board with my last move missing.. and of course the clock has progressed with me on the losing end ... this is still broken on the latest version 3.9.15(2)

The ticket system is swamped right now and they are asking people to be patient.
I have messaged the iOS developers that there still are problems even after the new version is installed.
