IOS app freezing

maybe this is the problem no one knows how to update it and would rather just moan on here .
I don’t know how to get a message to the developers. But I have just installed the update and the issue has not gone away! I am on the verge of leaving the app and moving to another. If anyone knows how to get to the developers can they let me know.
Sorry but your last updates version is even worst for me as I keep loosing games because of this bloddy timer issue! I am glad I didnt pay for this app, so frustrating!
Looks like this is still an issue after the update, with a slight change. Now instead of the timer freezing it just keeps my clock running after I've moved. Restarting the app doesn't fix it. I just lost a game this way. Not sure why they can't fix this or at least send out some kind of "we're working on it" message...
Have the same problem, the clocks stop, I’m waiting for my opponent to play but it seems he doesn’t receive my last move although on my screen it looks like it’s been “committed”... If i restart I see the board with my last move missing.. and of course the clock has progressed with me on the losing end ... this is still broken on the latest version 3.9.15(2)

The ticket system is swamped right now and they are asking people to be patient.
I have messaged the iOS developers that there still are problems even after the new version is installed.
