I am unable to connect to chess.com via iphone.  Have removed APP and downloaded new, still won't work.  Have reset all iphone settings, still no help.  Any ideas?

I have the similar problem, when l tap the chess. com icon it comes up try's to sign me in then disappears. Removed & installed a few times but still no good.

I am having the same problem.  Has anyone found a solution?  I have not tried removing and reinstalling the app.  I did try rebooting my iPhone.  Then I was able to access chess.com and see my games, but when I tried to make a move, I got a message saying the site was undergoing maintenance. I quit and restarted the app and got the same sign-in behaviour as Kwan63.  I.E. the sign-in screen accepts the name and password, but will not go past this to the site.

Hi gjhartwell,  l will add that my issue has now been fixed, l had an update for Chess.com on my iPone, which l updated and is working well at the moment.  Check to see if you have any app updates on your iPone.

Hi Kwan. I found another thread that suggested clearing the cache by making sure the program was not running in the background. That worked.
