iPhone won’t load membership options

I was trying to buy a membership through my iPhone and when i clicked on memberships in the app it just keeps loading never showing me the options. It works on the internet but then I can’t buy it with money from my phone number, just cards. Can anyone help?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This should fix it, as I would assume the issue is on your end.
Yeah, that’s what I first thought of but it didn’t help, still loading.
