The king doesn't technically pass through b1. I guess I didn't completely understand the rules.

It's not broke. White can legally castle there because their King can't castle through check, but it never does. It went from e1 to c1. Only the rook moved through check and there's no rule that says a rook can't do this.
Is castling broke? I controlled b1 and he long castled right through it. What am I missing?
