Almost everytime I join a game its very VERY slow and after a few moves its a DISCONNECTED FROM SERVER!?

 

Is it MY computer or Chess.com?

you are talking about LIVE CHESS, right? what browser do you have? what kind of internet (dialup, dsl, etc)? where in the USA are you? :)
