The notification system has been lagging and staff are aware. You may see batches of alerts come in for content that you have already been seen, but due to the lag, they don't get cleared from the system.
I have disabled all notifications because of THIS but since they still keept coming via E-Mail (I Had also disabled that) I decided to Put chess.com on my list of Blocked Emailadresses . What mostly drove me Up the Wall (apart from notifications still coming despite beeing disabled) is that These notifications would Always arrive on my Phone (and loads of em) Around 2-3 am :devil
