*,,Edit: OP is right, he has played the correct order and it didn't work for him.
Yeah, you need an opponent to play their line as well.

Yes I have and with many attempts the London Book is still not award.
I have played London System lot of times and it didn't work.

I just got the London System achievement playing as black in following game: https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/14159499927?tab=analysis It seems the moves for black (as suggested in a previous post) are different to those shown in the guide here: https://www.chess.com/openings/London-System. I've played the London System as white several times with black following the guide exactly but it never worked out. So some adjustments are needed somewhere in the system (no pun intended).

I was wondering if you wanted to play a correspondence game and help me get the book since I have also played London a handful of times and not gotten it.
We can play unrated if you would like as well.
Unrated daily is fine, though probably easier just to create another account for the purposes of getting book awards. I doubt there'd be repercussions if it's not for rating manipulation.
Recently I have tried many times to get the London System openings books but the award is not given.
