Is this Game Rated?

I'm playing a game right now:

I want to know if this game is being rated or not. The dude takes forever to do anything. If it's not rated, I want to resign the game. If it is rated, I guess I'll tough it out and pay more attention to who I accept games from next time.

Click the "Details" tab on the right. It says Rated.
