Issues with family plan

I have subscribed to the family plan. My nominated family members are able to play one game and then it defaults to a simple bot and refuses to give the other options. Any suggestions? We have tried the usual reboots, reinstalling etc.

How long ago did you subscribe to the plan?

How long ago did you add the other members of your family?

I would suggest that contacting Support is the only way to get such a problem straightened out. (Using the Support link and dealing with the AI bot.)

Double check they are still listed on the family plan page.

If they are, did they log out and back in after being added?

Thanks for your comments. It now appears that accepting the invite on the desktop makes it work. Mobile app was not good for the first accept. I need to confirm this on the other accounts before I get happy. Also invites have to be accepted in 4 days or they lapse.
