How long ago did you subscribe to the plan?
How long ago did you add the other members of your family?
I would suggest that contacting Support is the only way to get such a problem straightened out. (Using the Support link and dealing with the AI bot.)
I have subscribed to the family plan. My nominated family members are able to play one game and then it defaults to a simple bot and refuses to give the other options. Any suggestions? We have tried the usual reboots, reinstalling etc.
