I've tried to contacting support but recently there was a new update to the contact method which uses the help button (bottom left) and it doesn't work. Does anyone else have this issue ? (I'm from Vietnam if this is a regional issue)

I only have an adblocker and even though I disabled it, the help button still doesn't work
