Java play against computer not working

Hello:

I am a Diamond Member and trying to play against the computer.

Java is not working.

I uninstalled all Java updates on my computer, downloaded the "desktop installer", installed the very latest version, and I am still able to get the Java to work.

I am running Vista 32 bit version. Have a GeForce 460 Graphics card, with an Intel Extreme quad core processor, and 4 QB of system memory.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Yes, I went to their help section, and downloaded the .exe and lauched it from my desktop as instructed, when someone has problems. The same instillation information came up, and it said that Java 6.23 had installed correctly.

I have this same problem.  I am using FireFox 3.6.13  running Ubuntu Linux 10.4 with Java SDK 1.6.22 and I just installed Java JRE 1.6.24 in the event that there was some odd reason this applet needed the latest version.  It still does not work.

Any Suggestions?
