June 9 iPhone update broke game

Since updating on June 9, running an iphone 4 using ios 4.3.3 I can no longer move pieces when playing chess online.  It is my move but when I click on the pieces I can never move them.  I have tried restarting, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, nothing works.  I can log online in the web browser and make the moves and it updates on the app.  What I find is odd is that I also noticed that when it is not my move, it lets me move my opponents pieces, but if I hit submit it gives me an error message saying it is not my turn.  

Same problem for me.  I did notice that if I go down to about my 5th or 6th game that is waiting for my move, it will allow me to move.  I did the restart and reinstall and nothing helped.
