Kicked out from a game for an unknown reason

so i been kicked out for 2 games in the same day on totally different scenarios,

first scenario: was in the mobile app playing a 10min rapid game and i was losing, the data there was very bad so it was reconecting every like 2 min and when i was again recconecting like for 10 seconds i got kicked out when it recconected without even passing the whole minute to be kicked out.

second scenario: later today i was playing again rapid chess and was having a good game and it suddenly it appeared that i losed (it wasn't mate), and i know that it wasn't the wifi because i have cable connection to the router and good internet, here is a screenshot after i losed and then went to the game again if it appeared the reason of losing, (small detail, when i losed i was immediately teleported to my last game), if anybody know the reason tell me, i am not angry on anything i am just confused.

and both games weren't in a row, was like 4 games apart or something like that
