Can you please go into your app settings, find the Chess.com app, and delete the app data to see if that prevents it from happening again?
King disappeared in app

Today I played a 60 minute game on the android app. Sadly when I castled my king disappeared and I was unable to move again. The game was against JC_valencia1. I logged on to live chess via my computer and was able to continue normaly (but lost because by then I was in time trouble).
