Why do I have 1000ms lag often on chess.com when I have 25mbps internet speed?

I have lost so many bullet games because I am giving away 10 seconds at the beginning!

That is about disconnects but some of the information can be helpful with lag.

Thanks. I'll check it out. It really affects my games during peak times (8-10 PM EST; Saturdays)

Play with increment. Problem solved.
