It have been a week from the end of the legue and its not starting me a new one

The current recommendation for that is to leave leagues and rejoin. You'll be out into a working division after playing a qualifying game after that.

That's not correct. A lot of members are in working divisions and getting trophies. A lot of work has been done to fix the bugs
