League prolbem

I have a problem where I am not advancing to the next League (Crystal to Elite) even though I was in top 3. this last week and I waited a week for something to change but I have not been put into a new league or division. I have played a handful of games. What do I do?

There was a bug that was quickly fixed that caused some divisions to become stuck. Staff are working on a fix to identify and resolve those stuck divisions, though I believe the fix will put members in a new division in the same tier
You might contact support and see if they can do anything different.
