well, don't see why not. If your selling them, it becomes illegal or if you're posting them on youtube it is.

Am I allowed to download the chess video lessons for personal study?
Now if I wanted to profit commercially I would have downloaded them and sold them already.
So I would like to know if I'm allowed to download the videos to study them later. Why? Because my diamond membership expires, and I don't have the time do see the ones I want to see right now.
