Lessons - Timer Slider

I am using Windows with Edge as a browser. When playing back the lessons videos the slider that would normally allow you to advance a certain point in the video is unusable. The volume slider to the left behaves normally but when hovering over the timer slider I get an unusable flickering mess. Is this a known issue?
