Live chess connection issues

Hey guys,

I have been facing connection issue to live server since last week. I lost so many good games because of low on time and my opponent able to survive.

I have been losing so many bullet, blitz and classical games due to chess.com server connection issue.

This was not problem earlier, when i used to play 15/10sec i could see 10 sec actually getting added to my overall time. Unfortunately in past 30 games or so moves get submitted on server very late which causes lot of issues and my opponent gets upper hand.

I feel it is very annoying thing losing game that way, please fix this issue as soon as possible.

In the last 15/10 battle for last 3/4 moves my time left was 35 seconds only and he had about 9 mins it is unfair to defend or come up with winning idea in such low time.

My mobile internet connection works fine on other websites & you tube there is no lagging issue. There seems to be server issue from your side.

Can someone please enlighten on this if they are facing similar issues.

I am playing from chess.com Android app however facing lag while move submission. I don't know how to fix this problem.

My board has become magnified to where I can see only half at a time.  Solution?

I've also bern having similar problems and also losing points consistently when i haven't even been playing. Loged in today and found I'd lost over 100 points but i hadn't even been on line?

I am having the same problem with rapid 30 min 10/15.  Last games and over lost 7 min to sever problems on the last game, any answers.  I can't see paying for this. I wouldn't mine if it were free;  will drop my membership.

same issue. my internet connection is good, but I keep getting disconnected. I need those games back

Same here.............being disconnected often now.  That, and the constant lag............I think it's time for me to move on.

just got disconnected on my home wlan.

I have also just been disconnected when I had fine connection everywhere else.

Same here. Just lost a 15|10 game where I was clearly going to win. According to chess.com I 'abandoned' the game. Very frustrating

I don't understand, why support team of Chess. Com is still silent on this recurring connection issue. I can see many comments from people from different countries. 

Being paid member you expect more quality service.

This last month this has happened numerous times. I'm thinking it's because I play for free and have not signed up for any google premium chess format. Will stop playing if this continues-- can't afford to pay as on retired.
