live chess disconnect...AGAIN

I don't bother complaining about the average 1 or 2 times my opponent or I get disconnected for 20 or 30 seconds during a typical live 5/5 blitz game because it happens in virtually every single live game I play on chess.com and I don't want to waste my time. But when you lose over FOUR MINUTES and consequently lose the game and it's to a new record lowest rated player you've played, I feel it's worth reporting. This is the second time this has happened recently. When will this be resolved?
