Can you please provide some more details of the problem you are having? Are you able to login to the Live Chess successfully? Which tab are you having a problem with?
Also, if you take a look at http://www.chess.com/livechess you will find our web browser recommendation (Firefox 3) which is the most stable with the Live Chess.
