Live Chess not working

I am experiencing a strange problem.  When I go to play live chess everything works normally, until my game pops up (after I, or my opponent, accepts the challenge) 

then my board goes black and white and my time goes to zero and I can't do anything.  I can move any pieces but the game basically doesn't start and I can't start a new one.

This is new (in the last week) and I have tried several browers and I updated all my plug-ins.

Also, I can play against the computer if I want, that seems to work fine

A computer beat me at online chess but it was no match when it came to kickboxing.

Have you tried clearing your cookies & temp files and using chrome?
