A lot can contribute to connection and disconnects from the server on live chess.
For example; Using Internet Explorer is not advisable as it is not always stable when using live chess for all members.
Try using google chrome, safari, or firefox 3 ... Also, its not advisable to use programs like messenger, media player, itunes, winamp or youtube whilst playing live chess if the computer has [ or you suspect it has] a low memory. Most of the previously mentioned programs will use up a lot of the computers memory and can cause live chess disconnects.
