Is that the usual pc you log in from? Which version of IE is it? Has the Firefox browser been updated?

I've signed up, but every time I try to log on to play live chess I get an error message saying "Live Chess server is currently unavailable." This occurs even when i can go next door and log on on my neighbor's computer, and occurs with both IE and Firefox browsers. Any suggestions?
