Have you tried setting your preferences to allow premoves and to auto promote to a queen?

on cancellation within one month the chess .com refunds subsription amount ,why not the said amount be not given credit for upgradation ?
Hello everyone,
I hope some admins will read this. I`ve just received a link to the technical support team by some admin playing bullet games, and while showing off my french to him, forgot to copy it. Please accept my appology.
However, the issute itself is as follows:
-I am unable to premove
-I experience slightly more delay after my moves
-I an umable to promote (The window for selection shows up, but dissappears right away before I can click the queen)
I use Firefox, havent had any changes concerning my Internet connecion and haven't had these problems for quite some time now, so its pretty surprisin.
Originally I assumed everyone couldn promote, but today I found out that the problem has not yet been reported.
I certainly hope somebody can tell me where I need to make that complaint, or fix it right away. If there are any questions concerning my Software or more detailed descriptions of the live chess behaviour, I will be glad to elaborate on that.
By the way, if anyones wondering, I cant remove the italic-setting in my comments, too.
