live chess very laggy on iPad

I’m losing 10 to 20 sec\move. I have set my connection settings to what chess.com suggests. And my connection speed is fine. Am I doing something wrong or is the problem on chess.com’s end? If it is slow servers or something is this going to be fixed soon or do I need to start asking for a refund on my diamond membership?

You are losing 10 to 20 seconds per move?
So your bullet games would only last 3 to 6 moves?

I’ve been playing blitz but by the time it shows me how my opponent moves I’m already down 10-20 sec so I get about 15 - 20 moves in and lose on time no mater how fast I play
I agree, and the sound effects after each move delays quite a lot too. I’m using the brand new iPad 2020.
I agree.Chess.com website is really laggy on iPad.However,the chess.com app is better and doesn’t glitch much (it’s crashes occasionally tho)...
