LIVE CHESS won't load

For the past few days I have not been able to get LIVE CHESS to load.  I click on it and it starts loading and doesn't stop, no board or anything.  I have tried emptying the cache and doing a hard reset, no good.  I am using a MAC with Safari, but Opera hasn't worked either.  Any ideas?   Thanks

Try disabling hardware acceleration. It is enabled by default and can slow live chess signifigantly. 

I tried disabling hardware acceleration in Flash, no luck.  Still not getting LIVE CHESS.  Thanks anyway

We are currently investigating this issue. Can you please tell me what version of safari you are using?

Also, please provide the URL link that is showing for the live chess arena when you access it.

Are you seeing any errors in browser console?
